Well there’s no flies on me LOL- I will soon be taking a M.Sc. in Human Resources 2012-15 or so to become an HR Specialist… in order to do my part (along with many others- awesome!) to put a STOP to Workplace bullying and culture in the Workplace as well as to help facilitate Healthy Workplace policies and legislation through activism and advocacy Projects.   (esp. in the ‘helping fields’ – See YT Video posted below and also my ‘Bully Boss’ Blog Talk Radio Show page for this topic here at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/bullyboss  – be sure to Scroll down this page also to watch various leadership studies research and videos from many experts in the field). I will start off this Project towards this end by chronicling my way through this degree – holding up various good and bad leadership including HR- esp.  in the helping occupations- to their own leadership ethics courses / texts and to that as actually taught by HR with Youtube Videos and perhaps later book/s – in contrast to that taught in HR from one of the finest worldclass biz schools / online in the world at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School in Edinburgh, Scotland where I will Convocate once done.  What an adventure this will be indeed! Brilliant fun LOL!
